Why can’t I upload the POD?
The load must be marked as "Delivered" before uploading the POD. Update the status and try again.
How do I cancel an Indent?
Shippers can cancel an indent directly from the UI under the Indents section.
Why is vehicle tracking not working?
If tracking shows “Unavailable” or “Consent Pending”, provide consent:
- Airtel/Vodafone/BSNL: Call 7303777719 and press 1.
- Jio: Give a missed call to 9982256700.

Why are my loads not visible under Billing?
Loads appear based on the billable event set by the customer’s billing policy. If set to "POD Submission," submit the POD to make the loads visible.
Why can't I add LR Details?
LR cannot be added once the indent state is marked as "Marked Out".
Who can increase PO limit?
The PO limit can be increased by an Admin.
