ODVT: ODVT is an Origin-Destination-Vehicle Type. A combination of the origin, destination, and vehicle type that is used for transportation planning and rate calculations.

Plan Shipment: The process of defining pickup and delivery details, transport modes, and schedule.
Payment Details: A section for reviewing transporter payment status and processing invoices.
Planning vs Actual Report: A report that compares planned shipments against actual execution, tracking deviations in volume, time, and cost.
Proposed vs System Charges Report: A comparison of estimated charges provided to customers versus system-generated final charges.

Rate Master: A module where contracted and spot rates for transport services are defined and managed.
Reimbursed on Actual: A cost structure where certain expenses (e.g., loading and unloading charges) are reimbursed based on actual incurred costs rather than a fixed rate.

Spot Procurement: The process of selecting transporters based on immediate shipment needs rather than long-term contracts.
Spot Rates: Rates received via spot bidding that reflect current market conditions for transportation.
SOW (Share of Wallet): The portion of a shipper's total money spent on transportation that goes to each transporter they work with. It helps understand how much of the business a shipper gives to each transporter and shows where they can improve or change their transportation choices to save money or get better service. It now also looks at different routes to give a clearer picture of where the money is going.

Tracking Report: A report that provides SLA breach details, ETA for in-transit loads, and the load status of all shipments within a selected period.
Tracking Updates: Periodic shipment status updates provided by transporters.
Transporter Management: A module that allows shippers to manage their network of transport providers.

Unloading Charges: The cost incurred for unloading goods from a vehicle, which may be reimbursed based on actual expenses.
Upload POD: The process of submitting Proof of Delivery documents digitally.
User Roles: Different levels of access and permissions assigned to users within the TMS.
